I would like to say that I witnessed this unfortunate event in the waiting room, and when I saw this review, I just had to respond. This woman was NOT told that Dr. O'Brien was late for work; the lady was early to her appointment, and she was Dr. O'Brien’s first appt of the day. When Dr. O'Brien came out to assure the woman that she would be happy to see her, that having the MRI results weren't necessary for the consultation appt, the woman said Dr. O'Brien was wrong. She screamed and yelled at Dr. O'Brien and the receptionist before flying out the door, making quite a scene. Dr. O'Brien said to her as the woman was walking away, ""Well if you change your mind, we would be happy to help you"". You could tell that both the receptionist (who was in tears) and Dr. O'Brien were very distraught, but they both handled themselves very well. They were very professional. Dr. O'Brien NEVER said she was ""too busy"", ""so what"" or ""see ya"". And it was Dr. O'Brien and the receptionist who got the door slammed in their face when the woman flew out in hysteria. I'm ashamed of you for lying on a public forum about what exactly was said and what exactly happened, and defaming Dr. O'Brien's good name. She is a lovely woman, which is more than I could say of you.
