Review content:
With all the glaring review, I was not happy with the way they nickle and dime you. I wanted my brakes bled, period and thats all I wanted. They come back and tells me that a bolt needed to be replace and they took the bolt out. It cost an extra $30.00 to replace it. This people should not be removing parts from my car unless the customer can see the real problem. Then they use the good old scary tactics and the ususal sales pressure. I was referred to Break Specialist Plus (Hutto) because of good customer reviews. I do not recommend them at all.\r
The real sad part is that I have another car that needed a part. I told them to order it and install it for me. I found out that their part was more expensive than the dealer and their labor cost was more expensive. I called and cancel my order because a specialized shop for my car will do it much less. They gave me a hard time cancelling my order. Brake Specialist Plus is a very bad repair experience. 12/28/2010 \r
