Called for service and was told that a plumber would arrive within 4 hours, and they would call before leaving the prior job to confirm their arrival. Instead of showing up as prommised, I got a call that the technicial was tied up and would not be comming out today. So instead of trying to find a plumber at noon on Sunday, I am now scrambling at 4PM. \r

I can't say if they actually ""smell good"", because they don't show up!!
