On the phone, they said that it would cost $76 to come to the house and diagnose the problem. After they got to the home, it suddenly became over $900 to find the leak because it was under the concrete. Then they charged an additional $1,800 to run a new line through the wall except that they didn't put the pipe in the wall; they ran it along in front of the wall. Over all, almost $3,000 for one-person's day's work. I am guessing the parts were minimal. My adjuster said the leak detection should not have cost over $300.
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Charged too much and poor quality
