I work at Happy Trails Grooming but just started there in June of 2011. Reading Galadriel's review-I am sorry you had that experience, but that was back when they had different groomers. I am the only groomer there currently, and always try to follow exact directions by each customer. I personally check the dogs in and write down the grooming directions at check in. We now open at 9 instead of 8, and most dogs are done within 3-4 hours of their drop-off time. I do my best to make each dog look great :)
