I work at Happy Trails Grooming but just started there in June of 2011. Reading Galadriel's review-I am sorry you had that experience, but that was back when they had different groomers. I am the only groomer there currently, and always try to follow exact directions by each customer. I personally check the dogs in and write down the grooming directions at check in. We now open at 9 instead of 8, and most dogs are done within 3-4 hours of their drop-off time. I do my best to make each dog look great :) more

If you love your pets don't take them here 9/22/2010

I dropped my pets off for a brush and shampoo at 8am, I went back for them at 3pm to find them being SHAVED! It was dead of winter, very cold and I didn't want them shaved. I told the owners that, and he insisted that is what I had asked for. I just wanted to get my dogs out of there, but one of them was 1/2 way shaved, so I told them to finish, I was finally able to get my dogs 11 hours from the time I had dropped them off. They, of course, charged me for a full shave because the girl said ""well, she isn't coming back."" And I thought she had rocks for brains. more
