Review content:
I was referred to them by Radio Shack's warranty company. The man came out, late. I had already left for work. Luckily someone was there to let him in. He said it was a panel of some kind and that he would be in touch with me. Several weeks later, I haven't heard a word. I had to contact the warranty company again to get their info so I could call and find out what the delay is. I spent 20 minutes on the phone and did not speak to anyone. What are they waiting on the warranty to expire?
