i shopped for weeks (really, almost 2 months) and was so undecided about what i wanted to do at the end of my honda lease. Charlie was endlessly patient with me, showing me car after car, searching for (almost) a million different options. finally, it all came together and i ended up with everything i never knew i wanted ('10 mercury milan), spent exactly what i wanted to spend, and had a wonderful experience all the way through the deal. the whole team was fast, efficient, and helpful, no pressure or rushing me on decision making. handling paperwork was easy and surprisingly quick. i'm looking forward to a continued relationship with the dealership as i service this car and for future purchases. i'll recommend them to everyone i know who's in the market for a new car!!
