Review content:
Apparently with the building downturn came a downturn in quality from this engineering company. \r
\r
The work, was lazy, communication was poor, the bills were inflated...and when trying to settle up the final bill, I was never given an itemized invoice or copies of work. Just a internal billable hours document. \r
\r
When I pressed for a better invoice and copies of documents and pictures, for my files, I was ignored and sent to collections...even though I made it clear I had every intention of paying in full after I was given evidence of their work and copies of documents. \r
\r
Do yourself a favor and find a firm that is more professional.
Pros: Not much
Cons: Inflated bills, lazy work, poor communication
