Review content:
I used Compass Engineering in the past (years ago) and decided to use them for my recent development project. The young woman that was in charge of my project (an engineer) blew the budget. My development required planning services in addition to engineering design. The woman doing the engineering decided to tackle the planning work and practically used up the entire budget just getting planning approvals. It was clear she was learing on my dime. The work ended up costing me way more than proposed because of this. In addition, every single time I called to follow up with her she was always, ""out of the office"", ""gone for the day"" or just ""not in the office today"". Not very professional. Get several estimates and make sure you are hiring a professional with experience.
