in freedom of expression, even if a review contains unappealing or distasteful
content or present negative viewpoints. We realize that this may be frustrating,

Review content:
They came to my home in May to review my project and provide an estimate which was promised within 10 days. After 30 days I called to see what was up and left a msg but I got no return call. I called again in August and again no returned call. I called the owner in September out of frustration and he was rude and didn't seem to see the problem in not returning my calls or responding with an estimate in 4 months. Mid Nov finally got a letter from them stating they aren't ""able to take on my project"". I laughed, when I read it. Did they actually think I would hire them after 6 months of no contact and rudeness. If they couldn't handle the job they should have said so immediately or within a few days. Their lack of customer service is laughable.
