Complete lack of service 11/14/2011

They came to my home in May to review my project and provide an estimate which was promised within 10 days. After 30 days I called to see what was up and left a msg but I got no return call. I called again in August and again no returned call. I called the owner in September out of frustration and he was rude and didn't seem to see the problem in not returning my calls or responding with an estimate in 4 months. Mid Nov finally got a letter from them stating they aren't ""able to take on my project"". I laughed, when I read it. Did they actually think I would hire them after 6 months of no contact and rudeness. If they couldn't handle the job they should have said so immediately or within a few days. Their lack of customer service is laughable. more

Customer oriented landscaping company! 10/9/2009

We recently completed a landscape project with All Oregon and were thrilled with the results! The onsite team was excellent and our designer, Nic, was always available and made sure everything was on schedule and as we wanted it. They were flexible with ideas we had and kept us informed of the process along the way. The quality of their work is excellent and they keep the customer in mind with their decisions! All Oregon Landscaping has done a fabulous job! The professionalism of the designer and the rest of the company is unmatched by any landscapers we have ever worked with. We loved how quickly they get back to us and how quickly things get done. We plan on using them again in the very near future! Excellent Company! 10/3/2008

Ever since we hired this company to do our landscaping, we have had nothing but amazing results. Everyone who stops by loves the way our front and back yards are designed and set up. We had almost no idea what we were doing, but luckily all of their staff is very knowledgeable, professional, friendly and helpful. They made everything a breeze from the initial consultation all the way to the final walk-through. We would gladly recommend All Oregon Landscaping to anyone! TERRIBLE customer service 3/20/2008

First of all, they never showed up for the estimate. When I called to find out what was going on, I got someone who was unapologetic and claimed that his schedule was underneath his stack of files. Then he claimed he probably wouldn't come out anyway, since it sounded like a small landscaping job. Would have been nice to hear this back when I described the job the first time, before taking time off from work. more

We have an installation staff of 20 individuals who have worked on the simplest to the most complex multimillion dollar projects. Our designers know that your landscape should be an extension of your indoor living space. We work with our clients to make sure that the textures, colors, contours, and flow of design is the end result our clients desire. We provide all the desired project elements in-house from concept to completion. We also have our own private nursery stocked with over 8000 different plants on 20 acres. The ability to buy plants in bulk and raise them on our property greatly reduces the cost to our clients and allows us to control quality.
