I read the reviews way too late! I had an appt there today and the entire time I felt like they couldn't care less that I was there. The exam felt rushed with no explanation of the procedure. They were not friendly at all! Although, they seemed to be having a good time amongst themselves. When I went to pick up my glasses later the girl was rude and never actually took the time to acknowledge me...she even tossed the pen at me when it was time to sign for them. Sadly I have to go back bc the frames are uneven and need to be adjusted, lucky me. :(
Pros: convenient location
Cons: lacking simple customer service
