Review content:
I have an epileptic dog I have been working with neurology with and Dr. Rheulmann. This is no easy task as it is an ongoing problem. My initial office visit (non emergency) was a little over $200 but included starter meds and an expert opinion. WELL WELL worth it if you ask me. Dr. Rheulmann did and excellent job of decribing my options. The disease sucks, and I am difficult because I don't like the side effect of the meds , but they have been very responsive to my questions and concerns. I am amazed that I we have gone through several medication changes and additions at no additional cost . I know my primary vet would have been having me come in for every seizure and charging me. They want to see my dog in 6 months but have change his meds 4 times at no additional cost for the advice. So I don't think it is all about the money for them.
