I was sold fraxel and their laser tightening. They all hurt like hell and they did nothing to improve my face. The tightening you may see initially goes away in a few months.\r
They decided to switch one of my treatments to a new machine and I got burned all over my face. They acted like it was my fault. They offered to try and fix it which was not successful. After all this, they would not refund my money. I got the impression that making money is all they care about. The doctor himself does very little if any of the lasers. You are paying for unlicensed personnel or esthetians to do all this expensive stuff.
Cons: don't stand behind service
