I need to write this letter to tell everyone about Dr. Douglas Key at the Key Laser Institute.\r

I have been a patient of his for about 25 years and treasure every appointment I have had with him. I first heard of him mentioned by several co-workers and then in an overheard conversation in a restaurant. He was spoken of both times as a genius. That is very high praise - one you don't hear often. At my first appointment I found out it was true. I had a genetic problem that made me unpleasant to look at. I lived with it from childhood until I found Dr. Key. He totally changed my life. I am now able to be in public and not wonder what people are thinking about me. I am normal now and that was my lifelong wish. I will never be able to thank him enough. I hope he knows how I feel about him and his work. He is a true artist.\r

His approach is wonderful. He sits down with you and listens to what you have in mind. Then he tells you what he sees and outlines everything in detail. I have never felt hurried through an appointment. He has infinite patience, a wonderful personality and a soft voice that will carry you through anything. I have never felt anything but complete confidence in him and would never go to another doctor.\r
