My story is much the same as the others here. Business, if you can call it that is run very very sloppily. Took my mower in on a Saturday just before closing, they said they couldn't get to it til Wednesday. Ok, sounds reasonable. I pay the required $40 diagnostic fee. Then I get a call Monday before noon to call them. I call the guy who anwered said they wouldn't get to my mower til Wed. I told him someone there had called me, so he yell to somebody and comes back and says it's going to be $125. Way more thn I expected, includes something I didn't ask for, like blade sharpening, rope tightning, etc. \r \r I told the guy, I just wanted you to make it run, I can't authorize any repair, I'll call back and let him know. So , I decide against repairs and go to pick it up the next evening, they closed early, no one there. I go back the next night to find that they have done the repairs anyway and I owe them $85 to go with my $40 diagnostic fee!! I say no way.\r \r The owner then comes over and says I'll have to come back, because the guy who I talked to is out. I get very unhappy, for all the trips i'm having to make, plus unauthorized repairs that I now have to pay for just to get my lawnmower back.\r \r Rude, shady, downright crooked, in my opinion. Stay away unless you just feel like getting ripped off.
