Review content:
We found this company on Craigslist selling some leftover lumber from a large project. We installed the wood ourselves and it's very nice cherry flooring. The quality of goods isn't the problem. Here's where the story begins...\r
While there picking up the wood he mentions they also do countertop. He just happened to have the countertop we wanted at a great price and he seemed so nice so we went forward with it. We put down a deposit and picked out our slab. Months of phone calls and emails have gone unanswered. \r
Finally we get through to his secretary and explain we are ready for them to come measure and try to set up an appointment. They said they'd call back and let us know when they are coming. Then one day they just show up unannouced to measure. Thanks goodness my boyfriend was home! Gerry also promised us a sink and any countetop edge we wanted for free in the deal and then acted like he has amensia. Now he's trying to tack on an extra $700 to the deal. BEWARE, WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!
