Below is my previous review of Verizon but since then I have to say that the experience was anything but decent. We have wheelchair accessible country megaticket and at the last concert there was several problems. First one of the event staff talked to us as if we were complete idiots because we wanted to go a certain way that we go every time since 2005 and he would not let us. Then when we finally get to our seats we find out that the way the stage was set up we were not going to be able to see. I can stand but the other could not and was not able to see anything on stage. Some of the staff was helpful and tried to resolve this problem and others such as the GENERAL MANAGER were rude and let others do the run around for him. We ended up by a trash can under a screen out in the middle of nowhere. Do not buy accessible seats up close because you'll probably have to move back or you won't be able to see because security does not make the people who come from the back move out of the way.\r previous review I have been to several concerts here and plan on going back for more. The staff is friendly and it is wheelchair accessible. There are also relatively clean bathrooms for a ampitheatre. If you go, go early enough to get good parking and there is a lot of traffic after the show but if you leave early you miss the last part of the show and sometimes thats the best part, so don't worry about traffic. Non professional cameras are usually allowed. Water, however; is expensive and they allow you to bring in your own as long as it is unopened when you enter. Pros: clean bathrooms and great shows Cons: drinks expensive, some rude staff
