Don't join it unless you are sure you want to be a member FOREVER. My experience: when I visited the gym, no one ever mentioned a word that if you want to stop your membership within two years, you need to pay a termination fee about $200. All you hear is that $10 per month. I only found out when I moved out of Quincy and wanted to cancel the membership. I waited until my 2-year term was fulfilled and then I found SuperFitness does not provide any contact info to public to cancel the membership. All you can do is to send a CERTIFIED mail to cancel your membership. ARE YOU KIDDING? Even IRS only recommend tax payer to send certified mail. I did send a mail but they still kept charging me. The last thing I could do to protect my money was to cancel my credit card. You know what? SuperFitness sent me an email right away with a delinquent fee charge. It is so RIDICULOUS! Please note, they never disclosed any fee charge under client's awareness. SuperFitness is my worst shopping experience I ever have, truly! For someone really need to cancel your membership, here is their contact information when they asked for a fee. Email:office@teamsuperfitness?com, telephone: 617 328 3314 . I hope someday they could do business without cheating.
