Review content:
I was pleased with the majority of the psychiatric staff at this clinic, and especially with Dr. David Golden whom I saw for counseling, as he was easy to talk to and knowledgeable in his subject matter. I was, however, very disappointed with my experience with Dr. Mary Coakley, as, not only did she trivialize my problems during counseling sessions, but seemed distant and uncooperative. In general, I found her to be unprofessional, and her insensitivity resulted in the ultimate termination of my visits. Other than this unpleasant incidence, I would recommend this clinic for its relaxing environment, central location, and accessible staff.
Pros: Easy parking situation, relaxing interior, helpful staff.
Cons: A less-than-friendly receptionist and general environment, but welcoming in other aspects.
