I lived in Waterfall Village for 5 years and watched the place deteriorate right before my eyes. When I moved in, the yard and common areas were well kept but 2 years later, the yard maintenance and upkeep stopped. The laundry area always had broken washers and dryers and then they raised them both so high that I had to do my laundry at the Quik Chek up the road. Also all the bedrooms face the garages and the noise that comes from there is loud and unbearable, and that is during the winter months when the windows are closed. Don't plan on sleeping in if you move there. Also it is very pricey (between $1250 to $1300 a month) for what you get which is really just a small kitchenette, small living room, an small eating area, and a mediocre sized bedroom. I used them as a reference for the new complex that I was moving to, considering that I was there for 5 years and never missed a rent payment or was late on any, and the other complex was told that they could not give any info on my time there. The rep from the other complex relayed to me that they were nasty about it too. I moved out in mid-November and according to the lease agreement, they have 30 days to return my security deposit. It is now Dec. 30th and I still haven't recieved it and they will not return my phone calls. PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS PLACE AND CONSIDER MOVING SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!
