I started going to Public Image in the beginning of 2006, and my first few experiences were good until the person cutting my hair got a tad upset at me that I did not refer a friend to them (due to conflicting schedules) which my friend had to schedule with someone else. It created an awkward situation. Since I did not feel like getting lectured I switched to a different person within Public Image and have had great experiences ever since. I love the atmosphere, the people are very nice and cater to you. The only thing I find negative about the place is that they are not open on Monday's, just Tuesday - Saturday. Other than that, I highly recommend Public Image.
