Just wanted to share my experience and HIGHLY recommend this company! I'm a stay at home mom, and although I live in a very safe community, I am always EXTREMELY hesitant to allow people into the home during the day when my husband is not here, in fact I normally only schedule people to come when he is home. Well, we thought we had an issue with our AC unit so Jason came by to check it out for us, 1st of all, he called ahead of time to make sure it was ok that he was going to be like 15 minutes early, yes EARLY, I'm used to waiting around for hours when a company gives you that window for when they'll show up, so I found that to be so wonderful, especially that he was kind enough to call. When he did arrive, I answered the door he was several feet back from the door (which is very respectful & makes any woman feel instantly more comfortable), he took his shoes off outside (even though I wear shoes in the house and assured him it was ok), and he was immediately extremely friendly, even saying hi to my 9 month old :-) He checked everything inside and outdoors and was very, very thorough, and even though it turned out to be a simple fix, he definitely went above and beyond! He was very personable, my son even crawled up to him and was smiling and laughing, which was shocking to me, as he is at that stage where he is normally terrified of unfamiliar faces. Our unit is working flawlessly, we are 100 satisfied with the service and most importantly, I felt 100 comfortable having Jason in my home and would welcome him back anytime!
