I am an actual customer living in California. I purchased a house in Atlanta, GA that needed two heat pumps installed. I contacted Comfort Solutions Heating & Cooling LLC through yahoo search back in August 2011 to install the two heat pumps on the property. I was searching for an honest and reliable company that can do the installation, I came across Jason @ Comfort Solutions and Heating as he stated on their website Reliable and Trust Worthy normally people says these words, but they dont live up to it. Remember, I had a bad experience with another technician from different company that I trusted with other jobs, so I decided to give him $1800 upfront and he did not get the job done. But in this case Jason get back to me with price quotation, warranty and he told me he wouldnt accept any money upfront until he finished the installation, and checked all the equipment to make sure theyre functioning properly before I could pay him. I thought it was a fairy tale, after I had a bad experience with Daryl Electric in Atlanta that took deposit from me and never accomplish in finishing the job. I had never disclosed my prior problem I had with the other company on the phone or in an email to Jason. In this case, Jason kept to his promise, installed the equipments, tested, and I was the one begging him to collect the payment from the property management company I have chosen to manage my house in Atlanta, GA. I will definitely recommend Comfort Solutions Heating & Cooling LLC to each and every one of my friends, and family. This is an outstanding company. Just wanted to share my experience and HIGHLY recommend this company! I'm a stay at home mom, and although I live in a very safe community, I am always EXTREMELY hesitant to allow people into the home during the day when my husband is not here, in fact I normally only schedule people to come when he is home. Well, we thought we had an issue with our AC unit so Jason came by to check it out for us, 1st of all, he called ahead of time to make sure it was ok that he was going to be like 15 minutes early, yes EARLY, I'm used to waiting around for hours when a company gives you that window for when they'll show up, so I found that to be so wonderful, especially that he was kind enough to call. When he did arrive, I answered the door he was several feet back from the door (which is very respectful & makes any woman feel instantly more comfortable), he took his shoes off outside (even though I wear shoes in the house and assured him it was ok), and he was immediately extremely friendly, even saying hi to my 9 month old :-) He checked everything inside and outdoors and was very, very thorough, and even though it turned out to be a simple fix, he definitely went above and beyond! He was very personable, my son even crawled up to him and was smiling and laughing, which was shocking to me, as he is at that stage where he is normally terrified of unfamiliar faces. Our unit is working flawlessly, we are 100 satisfied with the service and most importantly, I felt 100 comfortable having Jason in my home and would welcome him back anytime! more
