My bike buddy Luis, rides an E+ bike that he bought back in Nov. of last year. The battery wouldn't charge so he called up the company, only to learn they had declared Chapter 11. So Luis is screwed! This is a cautionary tale, cause it seem lots of E bike companies go belly-up every year.
What's outstanding about Pedego bikes is they're built to last and so is the company. I had an issue with the Pedego kickstand, but with one call to Don, and a replacement was with me in two days, flat.
Just one more reason to only go with Pedego.
