Review content:
I just became unemployed a few months ago and shockingly I didn't qualify for unemployment as I didn't work for my employer long enough to qualify. I've been trying to cancel my contract with Member Solutions but have been told I'm still obligated to pay $215 each month. My son isn't allowed to go to karate class until the money is paid so, I don't get it. Why do I still have to pay and my son can't go to class? I've tried several times and also surprisingly, there isn't any clause in there regarding the inability to pay or unemployed and so forth. Can someone tell me how to cancel this contract because I obviously can't afford to pay now. I should be able to be released from this responsibility if I agree to pay whatever I can for the balance now due as of January 1, 2010. Please help? Any advice?
