Was involved in a wreck & the other driver was at fault. Unfortunately, they have GCI as their insurance company. Unprofessional to say the least.\r Our car seat had to be replaced & no one at this company can agree on how we are to be reimbursed. We have been told we have to purchase the * exact* same model (although it's no longer made) by one person, then someone else said we could buy any model & fax the receipt only to be told later that was not the case, that we had to physically bring the old car seat to there office. We are NO WHERE near there office & do not see it as our responsibility to drive 150 miles out of the way or have to pay for shipping when we were not at fault. \r What they offered us for our totaled vehicle was a joke. I encourage Everyone who has problems with this company to contact the South Carolina Insurance Commission. Their phone number is 803-737-6160\r , of you can google for their website. File a complaint with the Insurance Commission against them. You can also file for arbitration in the county your accident occurred. It only costs $5 to do this. If you call the SCIC they can explain all of this to you.
