I was involved in an accident and they never called I had to call them! Every representative that I have spoke with have lied! They don't offer fair value for your car not even PAYOFF! Don't trust any of them just call an attorney because you are going to need one! Worst business I have ever had to deal with! They don't even offer a rental you have to argue for that. I was told to drive my car and put a tarp on it ! It's very hard to drive your car with a tarp on it down the highway to work! I have never met such an uneducated,unexperienced, rude bunch of individuals in my life!
