Review content:
Had a poor experience, haircut and aggravation. The haircut wasn't that good. Came back a couple of weeks later for a promised ""Touch Up"" which I was told would be free. Evidently, don't believe everything you hear - they wanted another $40. I left.
For the list price of a men's haircut (highest in the suburbs at forty bucks + tip) it should be a great experience… and free trim at 2 weeks like they promised. I was so agitated over this incident that when I got back I called to complain to the manager, who proceeded to gave me a hard time on the phone. I asked for the owner to call me - and he never did. If I wanted poor service like this, I'd go to Sprint, Verizon or Comcast, not a local haircut place. They must need the forty dollars more than I, and even more than they need customers: I'd never go back.
Pros: Poor Customer Service, very poor attitude
Cons: Too bad, attractive space
