From the über-chic patrons, to the stunning and witty hostess, to the coveted outdoor tables, Le Happy is a fun, friendly, and cool place to hang out. The crépes are fantastic and cheap. And ya gotta love the books and the games. It's a regular Barrel Of Monkeys©!
