I originally purchase a basset hound named Otis in June 2010. He came with some problems but Puppy Experience quickly resolved them in a professional manner, never leaving my with any questions. I went back again in Sept 2011 and got another bassett hound, Lola, as a playmate for Otis and it has been the best thing thing I could have done.\r
All business's have consumer complaints, but if they are resolved in a professional manner and not pushed aside, then its all good
