During the last 14 years my family has had the pleasure of working with Rocio and her competent staff to hire 2 employees for our home. We have had the same wonderful housekeeper, Veronica, for all 14 years. She has done a wonderful job cleaning our home, and has been flexible with us if we needed additional help with a party or cleaning prior to hosting an event at our home. After the birth of our second child, we sought help from OC Nannies again to find a nanny for our 2 children. Our needs were unique because we only needed someone 2 days per week (Mondays and Fridays). Although this is a more difficult request to fulfill, Rocio's employees had a list of 4 contacts for us to review within 24 hours! We held interviews in our home (which was very convenient for us), and hired a wonderful lady, Maria, within the week. She took care of our children with ease and fed them wonderful, home-cooked meals. It was not uncommon to come home to dinner prepared and the laundry cleaned and folded! What a dream. We truly are so grateful for Rocio and OC Nannies. We realize that Rocio does thorough background checks on all of the women that she finds jobs for. We also recognize that if we were not happy for any reason, Rocio and her employees were ready to help find alternate care with no additional fee. This was another reason why we felt so comfortable using OC Nannies as our placement agency. We know that this is just a service to make hiring a nanny more convenient, which is why if anything were to go wrong we would hold the person we hired accountable for his/her own actions....NOT OC Nannies. How wonderful though that Rocio is still willing to provide a replacement if there was a problem! Such peace of mind. We have not had any form of dissatisfaction with Rocio or OC Nannies! We love them and have referred this company to our friends and family members over the years and will continue to do so with complete confidence.\r
