If you are a property owner, do not sign a property management contract with this man, Dave Wells. It is basically a license for him to hijack your property. He will secure lease agreements without consulting you regarding terms or rent. We attempted to participate in lease negotiation and he completely ignored our wishes and locked us into the worst potential contract for the longest period possible. He defends himself by stating his contract gives him the right to. He even ceased communicating with us. We now have an atty, complaint to BBB and NC Real Estate Board in process.
