We had a back-up in our sewer, and Tom came to see us. He was great. Not only was he very friendly, and knowledgeable, but he is very approachable and was willing to answer all of the questions I had. He sent his camera down to see what and where the problem was. He was quick, thorough, and did not leave one speck of dirt behind him. I hope to never have another sewer back-up, but if I do Zoom plumbing will be back again to save the day. I will gladly refer him to anyone else who ends up in the similar sh*tty situation! Thanks Zoom &Tom!
