Review content:
I have shopped there on several occasions, and in every instance, the staff was rude and condescending. I stopped shopping there over a year ago for that reason. On one occasion, when I was in purchasing Pandora charms, an older gentleman (maybe the owner) went on a tirade about the fact that people just buy Pandora charms. They don't buy other things. That was the last time I visited this store. Well, I went in today to pick up Pandora charms again because I didn't have time to go across town to Saginaw Gold and Diamond, and I regret it. The woman who waited on me was rude. I asked where their Pandora earrings were, and she said they were in another case, and ""she would have to get them out to show them to me."" But, she just stood there. I felt like I was inconveniencing her! I did notice, however, that another employee was very friendly with a customer who was looking at high-end jewelry when I was in. I'm beginning to wonder whether they look down on people who aren't spending a lot of money. If you have other options, I would suggest that you shop at other local jewelry stores. My favorite is Neuchterlein Jewelry.
