Terrible customer service unless you flaunt your wealth and they know they're going to make a great sale. Been there a handful of times of which none did they greet, smile or introduce themselves upon me walking in and I had to ask THEM to help me. Yes, I made purchases which I regret and will be sure to make all future purchases elsewhere. more

Wonderful store! Had an excellent selection of jewelry for any price range you'd need. Everyone is very friendly and always helpful and willing to answer questions. The store also offers gift wrapping to anything you purchase! Prestige is an excellent store and I'll definitely be back! more

I have shopped there on several occasions, and in every instance, the staff was rude and condescending. I stopped shopping there over a year ago for that reason. On one occasion, when I was in purchasing Pandora charms, an older gentleman (maybe the owner) went on a tirade about the fact that people just buy Pandora charms. They don't buy other things. That was the last time I visited this store. Well, I went in today to pick up Pandora charms again because I didn't have time to go across town to Saginaw Gold and Diamond, and I regret it. The woman who waited on me was rude. I asked where their Pandora earrings were, and she said they were in another case, and ""she would have to get them out to show them to me."" But, she just stood there. I felt like I was inconveniencing her! I did notice, however, that another employee was very friendly with a customer who was looking at high-end jewelry when I was in. I'm beginning to wonder whether they look down on people who aren't spending a lot of money. If you have other options, I would suggest that you shop at other local jewelry stores. My favorite is Neuchterlein Jewelry. more

I have shopped at this store several times and have found the customer service and prices to be excellent! If they don't have the exact piece I need they will order it for me. I love shopping at an independent business. I try to avoid the big boxes at all costs. more
