We took our dog here last time we went on vacation and it was horrible. They were so disorganized when we dropped off our dog that they took him back with his collar on (which we found our last is outside of their normal practice) and pretty much pushed us out the door. When we went to pick up our dog they had lost his collar and then proceeded to call us liars because they said that they would never take a dog with his collar on. When I forced them to look for it they got out a box (of lost collars) and after I asked 5 times they looked thru it but didn't find my dog's collar. They told us to call back later in the week and see if it turned up which we did and the receptionist was extremely rude and unhelpful. Worst of all, they didn't even give us a collar to take our dog home in so we had to take a 35 pound dog out without a collar on a busy street.\r

We had also dropped off toys and bones with our dog and they never even gave them to him. They were returned to us still new.\r
