I was really happy with the care my dog got while boarding there. She requires special medicine to help with her heart condition and i was very worried and even skeptical about boarding her. I normally will have someone stay at my house. However, a family friend recommended this kennel and they said they were satisfied. \r \r The staff were very friendly and understanding of my worries and had no problem with me calling up every day to check on my dog. My dog was healthy as can be when i got her, the staff and doctors did a real nice job taking care of her. Pros: very friendly staff, good service. Cons: some things are pretty pricey more

We took our dog here last time we went on vacation and it was horrible. They were so disorganized when we dropped off our dog that they took him back with his collar on (which we found our last is outside of their normal practice) and pretty much pushed us out the door. When we went to pick up our dog they had lost his collar and then proceeded to call us liars because they said that they would never take a dog with his collar on. When I forced them to look for it they got out a box (of lost collars) and after I asked 5 times they looked thru it but didn't find my dog's collar. They told us to call back later in the week and see if it turned up which we did and the receptionist was extremely rude and unhelpful. Worst of all, they didn't even give us a collar to take our dog home in so we had to take a 35 pound dog out without a collar on a busy street.\r \r We had also dropped off toys and bones with our dog and they never even gave them to him. They were returned to us still new.\r more

After picking up our dog he had to spend the night in the Pet ER. We payed extra to see that our dog was given his medication but he was obviously neglected. I would NEVER take my dogs back here and I question the level of care they provide. Cancel your trip if this place is your last resort! Pros: Availability Cons: They have space because all of the reputable places are booked! more

Let me just tell you, I have a sheet that is given to each kennel personnel that is there, and do you know most of them do not even read it. they feed my dog when they are not supposed to, the receptionist there is quite rude and arrogant all of the time and raises her voice to anyone that defies her. This is quite a shock from the wonderful front they put on to visitors to their kennel. How disappointed I am in them and would never recommend them to my worst enemy. more
