My first visit was just for color. The young lady who colored my hair was nice enough but after waiting a half hour the receptionist asked who I was again ( I was the only one in the waiting area). What should had been a 45 min. coloring job was 1.5 hrs. So I stupidly go ahead and book an appointment 6 weeks later with Gary, the owner, for color and cut. The day before my appointment the salon calls and cancels it because Gary is going to his son's orientation. Couldn't see that coming ahead of time? No effort was made to accomodate my schedule on such short notice. Gary wasn't going to be put out on the next date I could schedule because he is already booked. \r

Any business that has such little regard for my time doesn't deserve my business.
