Review content:
DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS TO THIS HOSPITAL!!! on 11/13/11 we rushed our dog to the e.r. and Dr. Ridge examined him. With the caring and compassion of A SNAIL Dr. Ridge advised us our options. He was curt, cold, callous as he took our dog by the scruff of his neck to make his stand on his hind legs. He advised of a wait til of 2 hrs before he can do anything, but yet when I said OK, he said NOW keep in mind I might not begin exactly in 2 hours...but everything was in his tone and demeanor which made me angry and frustrated. I ended up taking our dog to another ER hospital off Stirling Rd. and they were professional and caring as an ER facility should be. DR. RIDGE SHOULDNT BE A VET OR ANY OTHER LINE OF WORK THAT REQUIRES CONTACT WITH THE PUBLIC DURING CRISIS SITUATIONS. He's obviously too old and tired to be doing this job.
