I haven't had any problems with my experience in Southside Apartments. All of you complaining about the heat and hot water, I have not had a problem since I've been here, no roaches. Also, if you told rob about problems such as roaches he would do something to get it fixed. He is outside doing work on the buildings every day of the week, when it snows he's out there shoveling everything. If you talk to him, he will help out with any problems you're having. And about the parties, guys, this is a college town/college apartments, you would be naive to believe there aren't any parties, figure it out people
