DON'T GO THERE!
I am here to let everyone know how much this place ruined my soon to be wife's wedding day. From the staff being rude to the alteration department doing a horrible job on her dress!
She purchased a Lazaro gown from the shop. The dress had to be sent back to Lazaro due to a problem with the gown. I had to call Lazaro to make sure they even sent the dress back, the bridal shop was so unresponsive to phone calls that we were wondering if it was even going to be here in time for the wedding. After another month went by we finally got a call back and the dress was there. So fittings. They screwed up her alterations! They put snags in the dress holes where they pinned it. And to top it all off, they ironed a SILK dress! They put iron marks all over the dress along with it being dirty all over the place. Needless to say, the wedding is in 2 days and there isn't enough time to do anything now.
I just hope to save another bride out there the upset and heartache my wife had to go through dealing with that place. They are the most unprofessional shop, and the most UN-SKILLED alterations department.
Save yourselves don't waste your money and let them ruin your wedding day at Paradise Bridals.
I can't wait for Paradise Bridal to come comment on this like they do all the other posts that people make. Don't let them fool you, they are a horrible dress shop.
