I would really not suggest this store to any of my friends and family. Both my cousin and I got our dresses and bridesmaid dresses here. On my cousins wedding day, the straps that were added to the dresses came off right before the church on one girl, on the way to pictures on another girl and then before the reception on someone else. 4 bridesmaid's with straps, three out of four came off. Then, my experience. This starts with being told my dress would be in in April... It did not arrive until late June giving me literally one month to figure it all out. Then ordered my bridesmaid dresses, which got me to being told they wouldn't be in until 2 weeks before the wedding. After screaming and yelling, they magically showed up the following week (keeping in mind that 4 out of the 6 bridesmaid don't live in NY and I had to ship them). My maid of honors dress came in a size too small... The measurements taken were still the same, but based on the size chart it was ordered to small. Was told they would take it out for us and that alterations would be compensated for due to the shops error. When we went to pick it up, the lady behind the counter took the dress behind it and refused to hand it back saying it wasn't paid for. It was the most embarrassing thing they could have done (since the receipt I had was marked paid) and after finally yelling and getting another consultant to come over, they handed it back over and couldn't press it for us... Finally, my headpiece and veil... 5 days before my wedding, I was told that it wouldn't be in. After panicking and many screaming phone calls, they managed to get it in 3 days before my wedding... the root cause... they put me down with the WRONG wedding date! Nothing was stressful in my entire wedding planning experience except this bridal store. When I picked everything up, my original bridal consultant was wonderful to me and made sure it was pressed and ready to go. It was the only saving grace for me, but after all the aggravation and embarrassment, I just would never send anyone to this shop.
