I just walked in the door from Paradise Bridal and let me tell you... it's anything BUT a paradise! I was so upset I had to write, hopefully to help others avoid this place.\r

When a BM and I walked in the door, I gave my name and appt time and was told, ""Who made that appointment? We're between shifts right now, I have no one to help you."" Despite the abrupt greeting, I patiently waited (20 minutes at least) and checked out the bridesmaids racks while we looked. When an associate finally approached me to take me to the bridal section, I began explaining my dress likes and dislikes to her. She clearly found me to be too picky, as her eye rolling and tone of voice pointed out. She frequently walked away from us, leaving us to search the racks alone. \r

When I decided on a few dresses to try on, I asked for a slip and corset/bridal bra to use. She returned- after quite awhile of waiting- with a VERY large ball gown slip. I told her that I thought the slip was too big for the dresses I was trying on, as they were all A-lines, and she literally SCOFFED at me, ""You don't know what you're talking about, trust me, this is what you need."" I continued to protest, knowing that it would totally change the look of the dress if the slip were all wrong, and she again rolled her eyes at me and began talking to me like I was an idiot: ""Trust me, sweetheart, this is what you need. I don't have anything else for you."" \r

I gave in and went in the fitting room to try it on, only to realize I did not get a bra. I waited, half undressed, for about 5 minutes. My BM then went to find the attendant, only to be told by ANOTHER employee that they do not give out bras or corsets- a point I could've used when I made my appointment (What bridal salon has only one extra large ball gown slip and no bras for trying dresses on???). Regardless, I closed the door again and struggled into my dress- alone, as the attendant did not help me dress (she was gone again). I opened the door and asked my BM to find her and bring back some dress clips so I could come out into the store and look in the mirror without exposing myself to the entire store. ANOTHER 5 minutes later, she came back to tell me that the woman asked her to wait and walked away.\r
\r
That was the final straw- I dressed, left everything in the fitting room, and walked out. As we were leaving, I heard the woman saying, ""I TOLD you to give me a minute!"" \r

Overall, the customer service at this ""salon"" was atrocious. Unless you make a point of saying you intend to purchase on the spot, you will not be treated well in this store. It is not worth the time and frustration. And FYI- 2 of the dresses I saw in others salons were $700 MORE here than in the other stores!
Pros: good selection
Cons: rude, terrible customer service, unprofessional
