Texana just scored a 59 on the weekly restaurant report. Meat was at the wrong temperature and employees were eating in the kitchen. I have been there once and I was not impressed with their food at all. I was very disappointed actually because I read several good reviews about it before going. You definitely shouldn?t go there to have a peaceful dinner. When I was there I sat upstairs on the open patio and the music was so loud I couldn?t hear anything my boyfriend was saying right across from me. I wouldn?t recommend this place for dates. There is nothing romantic about it whatsoever. It?s more family oriented. I would recommend going to Texas Roadhouse instead. Texas Roadhouses food is great, good atmosphere, exceptional service, and very clean. It was my boyfriend?s birthday and I just felt horrible afterwards. I wanted it to be a special dinner and it was no where close to being special.
