I used to board my dog there a lot when we traveled. After our last trip I am not sure she will ever go back there.They sent her home with a wound under one of her legs. When I asked about it they said it must have been self-inflicted! Ok, so I wont even dispute the idea that it was self inflicted with them even though I know they are wrong. My dog was in their care for an entire week, they walked her several times a day, played with her several times a day and the day she came home they gave her a bath supposedly. And yet no one noticed she had a wound under her leg the entire time she was there. Well, she saw a vet the morning after she was picked up and by than the wound have gotten infected and my dog is now on antibiotics for 12 days for her infected wound. I had never received anything but superb service from them until now. But this is enough to make me say I will never place my dog in their care again.
