Review content:
I really liked Kim Kelly. He is an excellent trainer and very intuitive with dogs. He came to my house, before I boarded my dog for a week of training, to go over issues I wanted him to work on. He made me feel very relaxed about the training and I knew my dog was too the minute he entered my house. My only complaint was with the staff at the kennel/spa. I was initially told one thing over the phone and something entirely different once I arrived. The older lady behind the counter was unfriendly and not someone who should be working with the public. However, I was impressed with the facility and how clean it was. I feel they could avoid potential unhappy customers by hiring/training staff to be more consistent, friendly, and knowledgeable. Had it not been for Kim Kelly, I would most likely not use their kennel/spa/training facility again. I intentionally left off additional services I had planned to add because of the misinformation I received while booking the training over the phone. Get everything in writing if you use their services! Additionally, I have used their vet services since I adopted my dog and have been very pleased with them.\r
