Review content:
I was a customer of his for a few months back in January until I met the real Dan that came out. He worked on my BMW a couple of times, I found him online, he was actually the closest alignment shop around so I figure what the hell, give it a shot. His prices are on the higher side, he says because he does good work and you pay for what you get. That I understand. He did the alignment on the car, seemed ok for about a few weeks then had to take it back in for a recheck which he does. I decided to bring my wifes car in and he did some work on that, long story short we started talking about prices, I said something like that doesn't seem right etc. He told me this is his shop, thats how he does it, and if you don't like it you can leave. He started raising his voice, threw a couple of his tools on the floor, I definitely felt unsafe around this guy. He yelled at me and told me to leave and shut his door on me. The guy lures you in being nice at first then guy changes 180 degrees, if I am not mistaken he may even bi-polar. Just letting new customers beware, custer service? What customer service?
