Review content:
The service at the establishment is horrendous. The food is overpriced........the Mac & Cheese: Looked, smelled and tasted OLD! The cornbread could be used a a loofah for your poor tired feet.........disgusting.
** The thing that REALLY is holding this business back is the fact that the DOOR personnel has no clue what it means to have Good Customer Service. They have a policy on NO IN and OUT... (Exceptions Only)... WTF does that mean.
It's a 35 and older place. There aren't any kids around. Why should you be charged an additional $15 because you need to go out to your car and get your camera or a pack of gum or to get some AIR and smoke a cigarette WHATEVER IT IS........that is just foolishness!
The OLD school players with the TIRED brims are allowed to enter and exit.........but the regular folks cannot......STUPID! My friends and I left ........... and I assure you I will NEVER go back. It's not the fact that they have rules, albeit a DUMB rule, but it's the way that the Large man at the door spoke to us. It was totally uncalled for and the things he was asking was inappropriate. If they had a corporate office I would bombard them with letters. Unacceptable!!!
I try my best to support black-owned businesses but it just seems that time and time again..........we just can't get it right! It pains me to say it but it's the truth!
No Denim at all..........it's just a OLD building in ONTARIO..........it's NOT VEGAS or LA! PLEASE!
If I could give it NEGATIVE ZERO stars I would!

Pros: They play live jazz music and are black owned.
Cons: They are black owned....nah, they are just RUDE!
